FAQ

Do participants need to install an app?

No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and it opens in the browser.

Does it work at indoor venues?

Turn on indoor mode to show a spot list instead of a map and skip location checks. GPS radius checks are for outdoor routes.

How are stamps collected?

Each spot uses a visit, photo upload or quiz. Photos can be stamped instantly or after organizer approval.

How are rewards handed out?

The completion screen shows an entry code. Staff open the staff screen with a PIN, check the code and record the handout, so nobody receives twice.

What participant information can I collect?

Choose anonymous, nickname, name and phone, or email verification. Download participant lists and stamp history as CSV.
